Percentally Pro 2 is a professional data collection app for iPhone and iPad that tracks educational goals via sessions for students with special needs. The scheduling component of Percentally Pro 2 helps special educators such as teachers, SLPs, and OTs to organize and manage student data.

Percentally Pro 2 enables you to create goals in a goal bank, add students and assign goals to them, then schedule and run your sessions. With a minimal amount of setup, you will be up and running quickly!

Sessions

Since special educators provide their services in sessions that are subject to change, Percentally Pro 2 provides a flexible scheduling feature. You can schedule sessions as single instances or repeating events with an unlimited number of students, then edit sessions as needed when you have to add or remove students. Plus, there are various options for repeat frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly) that provide possibilities to schedule sessions 2x/week or 2x/month, for example. Once you’re ready to start a session, you can easily collect pertinent data on educational goals, take notes, and set the session’s duration.

Students

Keeping track of student progress on goals is simple with Percentally Pro 2. You can quickly enter student information, then assign goals and sessions to get started. Once you’ve collected data for a student during a session, it is easy to access all of the student’s data via the Students section. Collected data, session date and duration, and notes added both during and outside of the session are displayed. Student data is backed up to iCloud and can be exported via email or clipboard. Percentally Pro 2 makes data collection for an unlimited number of students convenient and organized.

Goals

Although you may target similar goals across students, it's important to individualize goals for your students' specific needs. That's why Percentally Pro 2 allows you to add goals to a goal bank, then edit goals that have been assigned to students. For example, you can have a goal titled 'Answer wh ?s' in the goal bank, then you can assign it to a student who needs to answer critical thinking questions, and edit the goal title to 'Answer why/how ?s'. Percentally Pro 2 makes it easy to compile common goals and individualize them for your students.

Data

Percentally Pro 2 provides features to collect the data you need to report student progress. You can quickly collect qualitative and quantitative data for students in group sessions. During an active session with multiple students, just tap on the desired student, then take notes and tally for correct, incorrect, or prompted (with a correct or incorrect response). At the conclusion of a session, you can see the student’s goals with accuracy levels (raw scores and percentages) for independent, prompted, and total trials. The results allow you to indicate how the student performed on their goals with and without help.
